After stepping through the portal, Astra finds herself in an eerie underground dungeon that seems to double as an ancient temple. The environment is dimly lit, with shadows dancing across the walls. As she explores, she discovers that the dungeon was once a training ground for the city’s Adventurers' Guild. However, it had been abandoned and sealed off after the guild found more suitable facilities elsewhere.

As Astra navigates deeper into the dungeon, she encounters Beatrix and Marina. Both are fiercely determined to defeat her, their resolve hardened by previous encounters. A tense and challenging battle ensues, with Astra ultimately emerging victorious. In a dramatic moment, Astra attempts to banish Marina using her gun, but Beatrix intervenes, taking the brunt of the attack and being banished instead. This diversion allows Marina to escape, vanishing into the depths of the dungeon.

During her exploration, Astra may or may not come across Serana, the Spider Queen. Serana’s interference could affect the outcome of the final confrontation, adding an unpredictable element to the unfolding events.

As Astra ventures further into the dungeon, the atmosphere grows increasingly foreboding. The air becomes thick with an unsettling aura, and the surroundings take on a more menacing appearance. Eventually, Astra encounters a wounded Elfric. He reveals that he has come to his senses, realizing the full extent of the atrocities he committed in his desperate bid to save his wife. His remorse is palpable as he explains that he attempted to confront the Nun but was severely injured in the process. Elfric offers Astra his weapon as a final act of redemption before succumbing to his injuries.

With Elfric’s death, Astra continues her journey through the dungeon, her resolve strengthened by the encounters and revelations. She reaches the final chamber, where the Nun awaits. The Nun, reveling in her imminent victory, taunts Astra and announces that she has harvested enough souls to open a portal large enough to allow a legion of demons to invade the realm. She declares that Astra is too late to stop her plans.

In a climactic showdown, the Nun reveals her true form as a Fallen Angel, her divine and malevolent presence filling the chamber. A fierce battle ensues, with Astra fighting valiantly against the Fallen Angel’s formidable powers. After a grueling confrontation, Astra defeats the Nun, securing the artifact that had been used to harvest souls.

With the artifact in hand, Astra now faces a critical decision. Depending on various conditions met throughout the game, different endings become available. The choices she has made and the paths she has taken will determine the final outcome of her quest, shaping the fate of the realm and the legacy of her journey.
