Astra encounters Serana, the Spider Queen, who proposes a trade. Serana offers an artifact capable of switching elemental energies, a powerful tool that could prove invaluable. After the Fallen Angel Defeat, with the artifact in hand, Astra returns to the City’s Church, determined to use the Altar's power to cleanse the City of Lioris. As she performs the ritual, the plague is banished from the city, ensuring that the demonic infection will no longer spread beyond the Kingdom of Durnhelm. Although the kingdom remains doomed to fall to the neighboring nations, the plague will claim no more lives.
In the aftermath, Astra heads to Wolf's Rest, where she meets with Dmitrei. Dmitrei, having been unable to find a cure for his undead status, is visibly disappointed. However, Astra, recognizing Dmitrei's invaluable assistance throughout her quest, extends an offer for him to join her in future adventures. Dmitrei, appreciative of Astra's gesture and having grown fond of her, gladly accepts. He expresses his admiration for the succubus he has come to respect.
As the sun rises over the horizon, casting its first light after a long night, Astra and Dmitrei stand together, ready to face whatever new challenges lie ahead.
